Driven by a passion for the built environment, finance and building, Aurelio entered the property industry over ten years ago. His career has included experience with leading residential and commercial agencies in Sydney and Europe. This has enabled him to work across a number of key markets gaining invaluable experience and an expansive network across many countries.
Aurelio commenced in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney where he gained over two years experience in residential property management and sales. He transferred to London to become Team Leader for one of London's most recognised residential agencies, Foxtons. After several years in London, Aurelio returned to Sydney to complete his Bachelor of Land Economics and post qualifying began employment with DTZ (International Commercial Property Advisors). For the next six years while at DTZ, Aurelio was based in Sydney (Investment, Senior Negotiator), Poland Warsaw (joint Head of Investment) and London global headquarters, (International Investment, Associate Director).
Whilst based in Poland, the role involved a wide range of transactions within Central & Eastern Europe, whereas the London role focused predominantly on the Western, Southern and Nordic European markets. During this period Aurelio was closely involved in transactions in excess of 1 billion Euros and advised in excess of 2 billion Euros of commercial real estate.
In 2009 Aurelio successfully completed his Masters in Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney.
Anna Di Napoli, Creative Director
BA Design, MA Interior Architecture
With an innate creative flair and background in fine arts, Anna di Napoli commenced her career in graphic design. Within this environment her skills flourished to also take on interior and product design. These diverse skills have enabled Anna to work across various aspects of the industry gaining invaluable international and local experience.
Anna has worked for leading Italian, British and Australian companies in graphic, interior and industrial design roles. Her experience includes working as a designer for Studio Archea (Florence), a graphic designer for Conde Nast Publishing (Vogue, UK), Indesign Publishing (Aust) and Frost (Aust).
Her interior design career was further enhanced with an Italian Government scholarship to undertake a Masters in Interior Architecture (Politecnico, Milan). This opportunity led to working with Italy’s renowned architect and industrial designer, Mario Bellini, and Sydney’s leading hospitality designer, Michael McCann, of Dreamtime Australia Design.
Anna has completed a wide range of interior design projects that have attracted wide recognition and publication. Her work has received numerous Interior and Industrial design awards. These include;, Winner of the 2007 Bar Awards for Favela Night Club, and Powerhouse Museum’s Young Designer of The Year.
